Most of us know someone whose life has been touched by cancer.
A family member. A friend. A coworker. Maybe even ourselves.
That’s why this October, Flexx Fitness Hawaiʻi is bringing our community together for something bigger than a workout.
On Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 4:30–7:00 PM, join us for Sweat for a Cause, a special community event benefiting the University of Hawaiʻi Cancer Center.
Our goal is simple: move our bodies, support local, and make an impact.
The evening will kick off with a 4:30 PM community workout, bringing people together to move, sweat, and have fun. Afterward, guests can shop and connect with local businesses and community partners, including Everyday Better, Sip Cafe, Manuia, Shaka Vibz, and more.
But the heart of the event is the reason behind it.
A portion of event proceeds will support UH Cancer Center clinical trial research, helping advance cancer research and care here in Hawaiʻi. Supporting research close to home means investing in a future where our families, friends, and neighbors can have greater access to innovative care and treatment options.
For Flexx Fitness Hawaiʻi, fitness has always been about more than what happens inside the gym. It’s about building confidence, creating relationships, supporting one another, and using our community to make a difference.
And this event is personal to our Flexx ʻOhana. Debbie will also be sharing why this cause means so much to her and why bringing the community together to support cancer research matters.
You don’t have to be the strongest person in the room. You don’t have to know someone currently fighting cancer.
You just have to show up.
